25th International Wine Fair Innsbruck 2027 – The Anniversary Edition of the Genuss Experience

In 2027, the International Wine Fair Innsbruck celebrates a special anniversary:
For the 25th time, the Messe Innsbruck will transform into a meeting place for everyone who appreciates wine, enjoyment, and personal encounters. For many years, the wine fair has been one of the most important wine events in western Austria and invites wine lovers, restaurateurs, traders, and industry professionals to discover and enjoy a unique tasting experience.

A special feature of the Innsbruck Wine Fair is the strong focus on winemakers and producers. The majority of exhibitors are wineries themselves – giving visitors the rare opportunity to meet winemakers and their wines in person, speak directly with the producers, and learn more about the origin, philosophy, and craftsmanship behind each wine.

Winemakers and wines from Austria and abroad
present a wide variety of wines, sparkling wines, fine spirits, and culinary specialties. Around 1,300 wines can be tasted as part of the fair admission.

The wine fair is not only a tasting event but also a purchasing fair: visitors have the opportunity to buy their favorite wines directly on site – often including wines that are difficult to find in regular retail.

A special highlight is the blind tasting
of the submitted wines before the fair. A distinguished jury consisting of sommeliers, gastronomy and hospitality experts, and media representatives evaluates the wines anonymously and awards the best with the coveted prize “The Golden Wine Glass”.

The award-winning wines provide valuable orientation for visitors during the tastings at the fair.

Spirits, fine brandies and culinary specialties
In addition to wine, guests can also enjoy a diverse selection of spirits, fine brandies, and high-quality culinary specialties that perfectly complement the wines presented.

The Innsbruck Wine Fair continues to grow steadily:
Most recently, an increase in visitors of around 10% was recorded.
